With the evolution of the times and the intensification of globalization,Western cuisine culture gradually permeates into the culinary arts and dining customs of Chinese cuisine.Therefore,this article analyzes the influence of Western cuisine culture on Chinese cooking and dining habits,and proposes suggestions for the integration of Chinese and Western cuisine,aiming to promote the common development of Chinese and Western cuisine.
