With the increasing attention to food safety in society,the application scope of high-performance liquid chromatography in the inspection of food additives is becoming wider and has achieved good application results.Based on this,this article analyzes the application principles and basic types of high-performance liquid chromatography,and explores the application of high-performance liquid chromatography in the inspection of various types of food additives for reference.
