摘要

为了提高茶叶中重金属铅的检测效率,本研究依据GB 5009.12-2017《食品安全国家标准 食品中铅的测定》,测定了茶叶中的重金属铅含量.结果表明,检出限满足标准要求,生物成分标准物质质量浓度均满足要求,且精密度RSD均小于 5%.因此,本试验采用的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法符合标准要求,可满足茶叶中重金属铅的检测工作.

Abstract

In order to improve the detection efficiency of heavy metal lead in tea,the heavy metal lead content in tea was determined according to the national standard GB 5009.12-2017 National Food Safety Standard for the Determination of Lead in Food in this study.The results show that the detection limit meets the standard requirements,the mass concentration of biological component standard substances meets the requirements,and the precision RSD is less than 5%.Therefore,this graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy method used in this experiment meets the standard requirements and can meet the detection of heavy metal lead in tea.
