本研究建立了离子色谱-串联质谱法同时测定蔬菜中 17 种常见的阴离子型危害物的分析方法.结果表明,该方法能满足蔬菜中 17 种阴离子型危害物的高通量、快速、高灵敏度检测,且抗干扰能力强,可为蔬菜中多种常见阴离子型危害物的检测提供参考.
Simultaneous Determination of 17 Anionic Hazards in Vegetables by Ion Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry(IC-MS)
This study established an analytical method for simultaneous determination of 17 common anionic hazards in vegetables using ion chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The results show that this method can meet the high-throughput,rapid,and high sensitivity detection of 17 anionic hazards in vegetables,and has strong anti-interference ability.It can provide reference for the detection of various common anionic hazards in vegetables.
