Currently,the land area contaminated by heavy metals in China is increasing,resulting in an increasing total amount of grain contaminated by heavy metals.In order to effectively protect the environment,maintain people's physical health and life safety,it is necessary to adopt effective methods to quickly detect the presence of heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in food,in order to eliminate food security threats.Therefore,this article analyzes the rapid detection method of heavy metals in grains for reference.
