Detection of Poppy Shell Components in Soup Food by Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
This study used ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry to detect the content of papaverine,nadine,tibaine,codeine,and morphine in soup and food.The results show that the detection method is simple and easy to operate,with high detection accuracy and precision,and can provide technical support for the detection of poppy shell components in soup food.
