摘要

本研究采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,检测了汤料食品中的罂粟碱、那可丁、蒂巴因、可待因和吗啡含量.结果显示,该检测方法简单易操作,检测准确率以及精密度高,可为汤料食品中的罂粟壳成分检测提供技术保障.

Abstract

This study used ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry to detect the content of papaverine,nadine,tibaine,codeine,and morphine in soup and food.The results show that the detection method is simple and easy to operate,with high detection accuracy and precision,and can provide technical support for the detection of poppy shell components in soup food.
