Study on the Enhancement of Immune Function of Cordyceps Beverage
In order to explore the effects of Cordyceps sinensis drink on enhancing cellular immune function,humoral immune function,and immune cell function,this study set up three dose groups(41.7,83.3,and 250.0(mL·kg-1 BW)in accordance with the requirements of the"Health Food Function Inspection and Evaluation Method(2023 Edition)".Female Kunming mice were used for delayed type hypersensitivity test,ConA induced splenic lymphocyte transformation test,and serum hemolysin titer measurement Spleen cell antibody generation test,carbon clearance test,abdominal macrophage phagocytosis chicken red blood cell test,and NK cell activity measurement.The results indicate that Cordyceps sinensis drink has the function of enhancing immunity.
