微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定虾蛄中镉含量的不确定度评定

本研究采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,测定虾蛄中镉含量不确定度,计算各不确定度分量,评定其扩展不确定度.结果表明,稳定的仪器状态、检定合格的量器、合格的标准品、适宜的标准曲线、平行测定、熟练的技术人员,是提高结果准确度的关键点.
Evaluation of Uncertainty for Determination of Cadmium in Oratosquilla oratoria by ICP-MS Linking Microwave Digestion Method
This study used the microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method to determine the uncertainty of cadmium content in crayfish,calculated each uncertainty component,and evaluated its expanded uncertainty.The results indicate that stable instrument status,qualified measuring instruments,qualified standard products,suitable standard curves,parallel measurements,and skilled technical personnel are the key points to improve the accuracy of results.
