摘要

玉米是我国主要农作物,产量高,存储量大,玉米颗粒胚部大,呼吸作用强,不易储存.为了保证粮食储存安全,空调控温技术在我国各地区得到了广泛应用.本试验在玉米度夏期间,采用空调控温技术对玉米进行储藏,对仓温均匀性、不同类型房式仓的控温效果、玉米水分变化及品质变化等进行了研究.结果表明,空调控温能够有效地控制仓温的变化,粮堆水分较为均匀,储藏期间玉米脂肪酸值变化缓慢,能确保玉米度夏期间的准低温储藏.

Abstract

Corn is the main crop in China,with high yield,large storage capacity,large grain embryo,strong respiration and difficult to store.In order to ensure the safety of grain storage,air temperature control technology has been widely used in various regions of China.In this experiment,the air temperature control technology was used to store corn during the summer period,and the temperature uniformity of the silo,the temperature control effect of different types of silo,the changes of corn water content and quality were studied.The results showed that air temperature control could effectively control the change of bin temperature,the moisture in grain pile was more uniform,and the fatty acid value of corn changed slowly during storage,which could ensure the quasi-low temperature storage of corn during summer.
