In order to solve the problem of moving multi-point discharge of the belt conveyor into the mechanized cottage warehouse and accurately positioning the discharge port,the automatic control system integrates real-time data such as encoder,positioning sensor and protection sensor,and realizes the accurate start and stop positioning function of the mobile discharge trolley through relevant control algorithms.The practical application effect shows that the system can realize the walking and accurate positioning of the discharge trolley efficiently,and improve the production efficiency and safety.
