摘要
本文通过对粮油仓储企业科技创新管理现状的研究分析,进一步明确了粮油仓储企业当前科技创新的优势和短板,对如何做好仓储科技创新工作,在体制机制、能力建设、创新投入、平台搭建和人才培养等方面提出了建议.
Abstract
Through the research and analysis of the current situation of scientific and technological innovation management of grain and oil storage enterprises,the advantages and disadvantages of current scientific and technological innovation of grain and oil storage enterprises are further clarified,and suggestions on how to do well the scientific and technological innovation of storage are put forward in terms of system and mechanism,capacity building,innovation investment,platform construction and personnel training.
