摘要
氯丙嗪可以作为人类或畜禽的治疗药物,但是大剂量用于畜禽养殖将会在动物体内积累进而影响人们的身体健康,因此构建一种高效的氯丙嗪检测方法十分必要.本研究按照检测技术分类从酶联免疫法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、液相色谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用法等方面对动物源食品中氯丙嗪检测技术进行综述,展望了未来动物源食品中氯丙嗪检测技术的发展方向.
Abstract
Chlorpromazine can be used as a therapeutic drug for humans or livestock,but chlorpromazine will be accumulated in the animal with high-dose use,which would affect people's health.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a efficient method for detecting chlorpromazine.According to the classification of detection technologies,the study reviews the detection technology of chlorpromazine in animal-derived foods from the aspects of enzyme-linked immunization,gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography,liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,etc.The development direction of chlorpromazine in animal-derived foods is prospected.
