Safety Status of Prepared Vegetables and Application of Food Detection Technology
With the rapid development of society and the increase of life pressure,prepared dishes,as a convenient and fast food choice,have gradually entered the vision of consumers.It has a long shelf life,is not easy to deteriorate,and can meet the needs of consumers for long-term storage and consumption.However,prepared dishes also have some shortcomings.Due to the need for large-scale production of prefabricated dishes,some practitioners may use substandard or contaminated raw materials,or have safety issues such as unreasonable storage conditions and cross contamination,which brings certain challenges to food testing.Therefore,this paper focuses on analyzing the current situation of prepared food safety,and puts forward the corresponding food detection technology to ensure the quality and safety of prepared food.
