摘要
复检备份样交接作为食品复检的重要环节,交接是否科学、合理、合规,直接关系到复检结果的准确性、科学性、有效性.本文分析了复检备份样交接过程中存在的风险点,提出了针对初检机构、复检机构的相关对策建议,供各个检测机构特别是复检机构进行参考.
Abstract
As an important part of food reinspection,the handover of backup samples for reinspection is directly related to the accuracy,scientificity,and effectiveness of the reinspection results,whether the handover is scientific,reasonable,and compliant.This article analyzes the risk points in the handover process of retesting backup samples,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the initial and retesting institutions,for reference by various testing institutions,especially retesting institutions.
