摘要
通过全面分析公立医院食堂发展现状可知,当前传统的食堂管理模式已无法满足就餐人员日益增长的就餐需求,食材浪费、经营效率低等问题突出,与不断推进精细化、智慧化的高质量医院发展目标相去甚远.因此,本文创新性地探究了医院食堂智慧化管理系统架构及重点模块,为公立医院食堂智慧化管理模式发展提供重要的理论基础.
Abstract
Through a comprehensive analysis of the development status of public hospital canteens,the current traditional canteen management model had been unable to meet the growing dining needs.The problems of food waste and low operating efficiency were prominent,which was far from the development goal of refined and intelligent high-quality hospital.Therefore,this paper creatively explored the intelligent management system architecture and key modules of hospital canteen,and provided an important theoretical basis for the development of intelligent management mode of public hospital canteen.
