摘要
食品行业在经济发展中占据着重要地位.但近年来受到诸多因素的影响,食品安全问题呈现出高发趋势,如瘦肉精事件、三聚氰胺事件等,对消费者身体健康产生了极大的影响,社会影响恶劣.食品检验检测是及时发现并处置问题食品的重要举措,因此做好食品检验检测质控工作意义重大.本文概述了食品检验检测的重要性,分析了食品检验检测现状及问题,并探讨了食品检验检测质量控制对策,以供参考.
Abstract
Food industry occupies an important position in economic development.But in recent years,affected by many factors,food safety problems have a high incidence trend,such as lean meat powder incident,melamine incident,which have had a great impact on consumer health and have a negative social impact.Food inspection is an important measure to find and dispose the problematic food in time,so it is of great significance to do a good job in the quality control of food inspection.In this paper,the importance of food inspection and detection is summarized,the status and problems of food inspection and detection are analyzed,and the quality control measures of food inspection and detection are discussed for reference.
