摘要
二氧化硫脲是硫脲经双氧水氧化生成的产物,具有漂白、防腐和抗氧化等作用,因其危害人体健康,已被国家明令禁止在食品中使用,因此准确高效的二氧化硫脲检测方法是食品质量安全的一个重要保障.本文综述了食品、化工品和水样中二氧化硫脲含量的检测方法,分析了不同检测方法的优点及不足,探讨了各检验技术的局限性,为制定食品中二氧化硫脲的标准检测方法提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Thiourea dioxide is a product produced by the oxidation of thiourea,which can play bleaching,anti-corrosion,and oxidation resistance functions.Thiourea dioxide has been banned from use in food by the government because of harming to people's health.Therefore,an accurate and efficient detection method for thiourea dioxide is an important guarantee for food quality and safety.This paper listed the test methods of thiourea dioxide in food,chemical industrial products and water,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,and discussed the limitations of various methods,in order to provide some reference for the detection of thiourea dioxide in different food.
