摘要
近年来,调味品安全问题越来越受到社会各界的关注,通过分析和总结调味品安全问题及其监测预警研究现状,结合风险预警模型在食品安全中的运用,探讨调味品安全风险预警研究中存在的问题以及发展方向.
Abstract
In recent years,the safety issues of condiment have received increasing attention from various sectors of society.By analyzing and summarizing the current status of condiment safety issues and their monitoring and early warning research,combined with the application of risk warning models in food safety,this paper explores the problems and development directions in the research of condiment safety risk warning.
