摘要
食品检验是指按照国家标准,利用光谱学检测法、PCR技术、ATP生物发光法等方法检验食品中的有害物质,是保障食品安全的有效路径.本文以我国食品安全现状为切入点,深入分析当前食品检验在保障食品安全中的重要性,并从提高检测人员素质能力、加强检验设备和技术研究应用、制定食品检验管理制度 3方面具体探讨了提高食品检验工作效益的可行路径,以期为食品检验工作的高质量开展提供参考.
Abstract
Food inspection refers to the use of spectroscopy,PCR technology,ATP bioluminescence and other methods to detect harmful substances in food in accordance with national standards,which is an effective way to ensure food safety.This article takes the current situation of food safety in China as the starting point,deeply analyzes the importance of food inspection in ensuring food safety,and explores feasible paths to improve the efficiency of food inspection work from three aspects:improving the quality and ability of inspection personnel,strengthening the research and application of inspection equipment and technology,and formulating food inspection management systems,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of food inspection work.
