Analysis of Verification Results and Rectification of Lead Determination Ability in Soy Sauce
In order to improve the laboratory testing capabilities of the Mile City Center for Disease Control and Prevention,in 2023,we participated in the determination of amino acid nitrogen and lead(calculated as Pb)in soy sauce organized by the Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau.The results feedback showed that the amino acid nitrogen was satisfactory,but the lead(calculated as Pb)was problematic.In response to the unqualified result of lead determination in soy sauce,the center followed relevant quality management procedures to investigate the causes and make rectifications to the non-conforming items.They then participated in the"measurement audit of lead content in soy sauce samples"provided by CFAPA,which is recognized by CNAS.The results of the re-test were satisfactory.
