Risk Analysis of Plasticizer Residues in Some Foods in Guangxi
Objective:Through the detection of plasticizers in some foods in Guangxi since 2022,the residual situation of plasticizers in some foods in Guangxi is understood,and the data basis for the supervision of regulatory authorities on plasticizers in food is provided.Method:692 samples were randomly selected from 9 sites in Guangxi,and three plasticizer indexes DEHP,DINP and DBP were detected according to corresponding standards.Result:Among the 692 samples,51 samples exceeded the standard,the rate of exceedance was 7.37%.The exceedance rates of DEHP,DINP and DBP of the monitoring items were 1.80%,0%and 6.51%,respectively.The exceedance rate of plasticizer in pre-packaged food was higher than that in bulk food.Conclusion:There is a certain risk of plasticizer contamination in edible oils and Baijiu,and there are plasticizer detections and exceedances in the rest of the food categories,but the exceedance rate is relatively low;there are plasticizer exceedances in both bulk foods and non-plastic-packaged foods,indicating that plasticizer contamination in foods is more than just a problem of packaging materials,and it is suggested that the regulatory authorities should strengthen supervision of the relevant raw and auxiliary materials,processes and packaging materials of the food production enterprises.
