Comparison of Measuring of Titanium Dioxide in Preserves by ICP-MS and Diantipyrylmethane Colorimetric Method
ICP-MS method and diantipyrine methane colorimetric method were used to determine titanium dioxide in cold fruit, and the applicability of the two methods was analyzed. The samples are digested by microwave and the content of titanium is determined by ICP-MS;the samples are digested by wet method, and the content of titanium is determined by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, and the content of titanium dioxide is calculated. The results show that the detection limit of ICP-MS method is 0.018 6 mg·kg-1,the recovery is 92.5%~105.8%,the RSD is 2.35%~2.41%;the detection limit of diantipyrylmethane colorimetric method is 0.36 mg·kg-1,the recovery is 101.4%~102.3%,the RSD is 1.03%~1.14%.The diantipyrylmethane colorimetric method is suitable for daily testing in grassroots laboratories;ICP-MS method has a lower detection limit and is more suitable for detecting low content samples.
