Effect of Dietary Pattern on Blood Glucose in Patients with Diabetes
Objective:To investigate the effect of different dietary patterns on blood glucose in diabetic patients.Method:100 diabetic patients enrolled in Mengcun Hui Autonomous County Hospital were selected as test subjects, and 100 diabetic patients were divided into control group and observation group according to randomization, including 45 female patients and 55 male patients.Patients in the control group took routine intervention measures, while patients in the observation group took rational dietary pattern intervention measures on the basis of the control group. The indicators of fasting blood glucose, blood glucose after eating for 2 h,glycated hemoglobin and urine sugar indexes of patients in the two groups were compared under different dietary pattern intervention.Result:After the intervention, fasting blood glucose, blood glucose after eating for 2 h and glycated hemoglobin indexes of diabetic patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of diabetic patients in the control group, and urinary glucose indexes were improved, and the improvement effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rationalization of dietary pattern is conducive to the effective control of the blood sugar level of diabetic patients, reduce the insulin resistance index of diabetic patients, and thus promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of extensive application in clinical treatment and nursing.
