Preparation and Application of A Paper Sensor for Rapid Detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7
Escherichia coli O157:H7 is a highly pathogenic foodborne bacteria, usually detected in raw foods, once ingested by humans can cause intestinal disease,a serious threat to public health. In this study,a functionalized long afterglow probe was prepared, and a paper sensor capable of rapid detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7 was constructed with a detection limit of 7.5×103 CFU·mL-1 combined with the specific recognition function of aptamer. The sensor can detect three samples simultaneously, with good specificity, easy operation and environmental friendliness. It can be applied to the rapid screening of Escherichia coli O157:H7 in a large number of samples.
