超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定鸡蛋中金刚烷胺和氟虫腈的含量

目的:建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测鸡蛋中金刚烷胺和氟虫腈的方法.方法:在样品溶液中加入内标工作液,用乙腈提取,经QuEChERS净化管净化;金刚烷胺采用正离子扫描,内标法定量;氟虫腈采用负离子扫描,外标法定量.结果:金刚烷胺、氟虫腈在 0.20~20.00 ng·mL-1 时线性关系好,待测物的回收率在 85.0%~103.3%,精密度在 1.6%~8.9%,金刚烷胺定量限为 2 μg·kg-1、氟虫腈定量限为 5 μg·kg-1.结论:本方法准确度高、灵敏度高、稳定性好、操作简单,可以快速有效地测定鸡蛋中金刚烷胺和氟虫腈的含量.
Determination of Amantadine and Fipronil in Eggs by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of amantadine and fipronil in eggs by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Method:The sample solution was added with internal standard working solution,extracted with acetonitrile and purified by QuEChERS purification tube.Amantadine was quantified by positive ion scanning and internal standard method;fipronil was quantified by negative ion scanning and external standard method.Result:The linear relationship between amantadine and fipronil was good in the concentration range of 0.20~20.00 ng·mL,the recovery rate of the tested substance is 85.0%~103.3%,and the precision is 1.6%~8.9%,the quantitative limit of amantadine and fipronil in this method is 2 μg·kg-1 and 5 μg·kg-1 respectively.Conclusion:This method has high accuracy,high sensitivity,good stability and simple operation,and can quickly and effectively determine the contents of amantadine and fipronil in eggs.
