摘要
探讨优化国标分光光度法测定淀粉制品中铝残留量的可行性.采用优化的湿法消解条件消解未经烘干的淀粉制品,结合分光光度法测定湿样品中的铝含量,用红外线水分测定仪测定样品的水分含量,扣除水分计算样品的铝残留量.结果表明,本方法满足淀粉制品中铝残留量的日常检测要求,与国标分光光度法相比较,本方法操作更快速、简便.
Abstract
To investigate the feasibility of optimizing the national standard spectrophotometry for the determination of aluminum residue in starch-based products.The non dried starch-based product was digested by optimized wet digestion conditions,and the aluminum content in the sample was quantitatively determined with spectrophotometry.Measure the moisture content of the sample using an infrared moisture analyzer,and calculate the aluminum residue in the sample by deducting the moisture content.The results indicate that,the method can meet the requirements for the determination of aluminum residue in starch-based products.Compared with the national standard,the operation is faster and simpler.
