Determination of 263 Pesticide Residues in Livestock and Poultry Meat by QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS
A rapid method for the determination of 263 pesticide residues in livestock and poultry meat by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was developed. In the experiment, the sample was extracted with acetonitrile and QuEChERS extraction salt bag(1.5 g sodium acetate+6 g anhydrous magnesium sulfate),then purified with QuEChERS purification bag(900 mg anhydrous magnesium sulfate,150 mg N-propylethylenediamine,150 mg octadecylsilane),determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and quantified by matrix standard curve. The results showed that the calibration curves of 263 pesticides were linear in the range of 5~200 μg·L-1,and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.99.The lower limit of quantification for the method is 0.010 mg·kg-1,the average recoveries were in the range of 60.6%~119.1%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 15%(n=6).The method is simple in pretreatment, high in accuracy and sensitivity, suitable for rapid screening and quantitative detection of pesticide residues in animal-derived foods, and suitable for routine detection.
