摘要

近年,随着科技的不断进步,分子生物学技术、免疫学方法和生物传感器等微生物检测技术的诞生,不仅大幅提高了微生物检测的灵敏度和特异性,也加速了检测速度,更加适用于大规模食品生产和供应链监控.因此,本文分析了微生物检测技术在食品检测中的应用,旨在构建更加安全可靠的食品供应链,提升食品安全水平.

Abstract

In recent years,with the continuous progress of technology,the birth of microbial detection technologies such as molecular biology,immunological methods,and biosensors has not only greatly improved the sensitivity and specificity of microbial detection,but also accelerated the detection speed,making them more suitable for large-scale food production and supply chain monitoring.Therefore,this article analyzes the application of microbial detection technology in food testing,aiming to build a safer and more reliable food supply chain and improve the level of food safety.
