Research on the Application of Microbial Detection Technology in Food Testing
In recent years,with the continuous progress of technology,the birth of microbial detection technologies such as molecular biology,immunological methods,and biosensors has not only greatly improved the sensitivity and specificity of microbial detection,but also accelerated the detection speed,making them more suitable for large-scale food production and supply chain monitoring.Therefore,this article analyzes the application of microbial detection technology in food testing,aiming to build a safer and more reliable food supply chain and improve the level of food safety.
