摘要

中餐烹饪技艺历史悠久,蕴含着深厚的饮食文化和独特的哲学理念.随着现代生活节奏的加快,以及人们对健康的持续关注,将中餐烹饪技艺与现代食品安全标准融合,变得尤为重要.因此,本文深入分析了传统中餐烹饪技艺与现代食品安全标准融合策略,旨在促进我国传统中餐烹饪技艺获得进一步发展.

Abstract

Chinese cuisine has a long history of culinary skills,containing profound food culture and unique philosophical concepts.With the acceleration of modern life pace and people's continuous concern for health,the integration of Chinese cooking techniques with modern food safety standards has become particularly important.Therefore,this article deeply analyzes the integration strategy of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and modern food safety standards,aiming to promote the further development of traditional Chinese cooking techniques in China.
