Abstract
Sweeteners,as an important component of additives,can provide sweetness to food and beverages to meet people's demand for deliciousness.This article explores the research progress and prospects of sweeteners in additives,including the classification,research process,safety evaluation,and future development direction of sweeteners.The aim is to enable the public to have a more comprehensive understanding of the application and development of sweeteners in additives,and to provide more possibilities for food safety and nutritional balance.
