This article summarizes the problem of pesticide residues in the food supply chain,introduces various pesticide residue monitoring and control technologies,and proposes future research directions and challenges,aiming to promote the innovative application of pesticide residue control technologies,ensure the safety and sustainable development of the food supply chain.
