Analysis of Standardized Management of Food Microbiological Inspection Strains
The work of food microbiology inspection is accompanied by complex processes,and the inspection results will be affected by various factors,including but not limited to inspection personnel,instruments and equipment,sample quality,etc.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of food microbiological testing results,relevant departments need to actively promote the standardized development of food microbiological strain testing,accelerate the optimization and improvement of the food microbiological testing system,and promote the healthy development of China's food industry.
