以豫菜品牌建设为主要内容的文化传承与创新,是河南文化产业发展的重要内容.因此,本文分析了高职院校作为文化传承与创新的重要主体,在豫菜品牌建设中的独特功能以及高职院校如何促进豫菜品牌建设,以供参考.
Abstract
The cultural inheritance and innovation mainly focused on the construction of He'nan cuisine brand is an important part of the development of He'nan cultural industry.Therefore,this article analyzes the unique functions of vocational colleges as important subjects of cultural inheritance and innovation in the construction of He'nan cuisine brands,and how vocational colleges can promote the construction of He'nan cuisine brands for reference.
