Research and Development of"Tea+"Special Guixiang Tea Banquet
The"Guixiang Tea Banquet"relies on the Zhuang ethnic group in Guangxi as a representative,combined with the current trend of rural revitalization,fully integrating local elements,ingredients,and dish characteristics.The banquet is fresh and natural,simple and elegant,with a variety of ingredients,reasonable thickness,and a combination of meat and vegetables.Therefore,this article analyzes the design ideas and flavor characteristics of the"Guixiang Tea Banquet",aiming to provide useful references for the banquet design of vocational culinary professional skills competitions.
