摘要
近年,部分高校食堂出现的食品安全事件,暴露了高校对食堂食品安全管理不善的问题.因此,本文分析了高校食堂食品安全管理现状,提出了高校食堂食品安全管理风险的防范与控制策略,旨在为高校食堂的食品安全管理,提供理论依据和实践指导.
Abstract
In recent years,some university canteens have encountered food safety issues,which have attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society and exposed the problem of poor food safety management in canteens by universities.Therefore,this article analyzes the current situation of food safety management in university canteens and proposes prevention and control strategies for food safety management risks in university canteens,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for food safety management in university canteens.
