摘要
豫菜不仅是中原饮食文化的重要代表,还是河南烹饪技艺传承和发展的重要载体.近年,随着国家对文化产业扶持力度加大、"一带一路"倡议实施、豫菜国际影响力不断提升,豫菜烹饪技艺传承和发展面临新的机遇和挑战.因此,本文分析了豫菜烹饪技艺传承和保护中面临的挑战,并结合实际情况提出一些建议,以供参考.
Abstract
He'nan cuisine is not only an important representative of Central Plains culinary culture,but also an important carrier for the inheritance and development of He'nan culinary skills.In recent years,with the increase of national support for the cultural industry,the implementation of the"the Belt and Road"initiative,and the growing international influence of He'nan cuisine,the inheritance and development of He'nan cuisine's cooking skills are facing new opportunities and challenges.Therefore,this article analyzes the challenges faced in the inheritance and protection of He'nan cuisine cooking techniques,and proposes some suggestions based on actual situations for reference.
