Analysis of Quality Control and Report Review Strategies for Food Testing Institutions
Food safety is related to social stability and development,and conducting food testing can strengthen food quality management,ensure quality control,and protect consumer rights.Therefore,food testing institutions need to strengthen quality control work,do a good job in report review,provide reliable testing data,and issue accurate testing reports in order to effectively control risks and improve the efficiency of food safety management.Based on this,this article explores the difficult issues in previous testing reports and proposes effective quality control and audit measures for reference.
