摘要
本文以中国传统饮食文化为具体研究对象,阐述了中国传统饮食文化的起源及发展历程,从不同角度梳理了传统饮食文化在现代发展的传承价值,并结合当前传统饮食文化发展现状,提出了中国传统饮食文化当代价值的实现路径,以供参考.
Abstract
This article takes Chinese traditional food culture as the specific research object,elaborates on the origin and development process of Chinese traditional food culture,sorts out the inheritance value of traditional food culture in modern development from different perspectives,and combines the current development status of traditional food culture to propose the realization path of contemporary value of Chinese traditional food culture for reference.
