摘要
随着市场生鲜农产品的需求量越来越大,生鲜农产品在居民日常饮食中的比重逐年上升.然而,生鲜农产品在流通环节中的损耗率居高不下,影响了其质量安全.因此,推动冷链物流在农产品保鲜中的应用,具有重要意义.基于此,本文介绍了农产品冷链物流的特点,分析了冷链物流中存在的问题,提出了技术升级相关措施,旨在推动农产品冷链物流行业的健康发展.
Abstract
With the increasing demand for fresh agricultural products in the market,the proportion of fresh agricultural products in the daily diet of residents has been increasing year by year.However,the high loss rate of fresh agricultural products in the circulation process has affected their quality and safety.Therefore,promoting the application of cold chain logistics in the preservation of agricultural products is of great significance.Based on this,this article introduces the characteristics of cold chain logistics for agricultural products,analyzes the problems existing in cold chain logistics,and proposes relevant measures for technological upgrading,aiming to promote the healthy development of the agricultural cold chain logistics industry.
