摘要

食品专业关乎国民健康与安全,培养食品专业学生的社会责任感尤为重要.课程思政打破了传统思政教育的局限,注重学生的主体地位和实际需求.因此,将课程思政与食品专业教育相融合,不仅能增强教育的针对性和实效性,而且有助于推动思政教育模式的创新和发展.本文深入分析了食品专业教育与课程思政的融合现状,并提出相关优化措施,旨在促使学生潜移默化地接受思政教育,提升其综合素质和社会责任感.

Abstract

The food major is closely related to national health and safety,and cultivating a sense of social responsibility among food major students is particularly important.Curriculum ideological and political education breaks the limitations of traditional ideological and political education,focusing on the subject status and practical needs of students.Therefore,integrating curriculum ideological and political education with food professional education can not only enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of education,but also help promote the innovation and development of ideological and political education models.Therefore,this article deeply analyzes the current situation of the integration of food professional education and curriculum ideological and political education,and proposes relevant optimization measures,aiming to promote the subtle acceptance of ideological and political education,enhance their comprehensive quality and sense of social responsibility.
