Research on the Path of Integrating Excellent Culinary Culture into Vocational Culinary Education
The goal of vocational culinary education is not only to cultivate skilled chefs,but more importantly,to shape professional talents with comprehensive literacy and professional ethics.Therefore,this article analyzes the problems existing in the current culinary education in vocational colleges and explores their improvement paths,aiming to enhance the core literacy of culinary professionals in vocational colleges,promote traditional Chinese culinary culture,and promote the development of culinary majors in vocational colleges.
