Corn is an important crop that occupies an irreplaceable position in the social economy.Therefore,ensuring its stable quality is crucial.With the development of technology,near-infrared analyzers have been widely used in the detection of corn starch content and moisture.Therefore,this article analyzes the working mechanism of near-infrared analyzers and constructs relevant experiments to demonstrate the value of near-infrared analyzers.
