Research Status of Resource Utilization and Strain Fermentation of Distillers'Grains
In recent years,with the maturity of microbial fermentation technology,the use of fermentation technology to produce Baijiu lees protein has become the focus of research in the field of feed resource development.Therefore,this paper analyzed the nutritional value of distiller's grains and the current situation of resource utilization,and discussed the impact of different strains combination on the fermentation of white wine grains for reference.
