摘要
运动员要想取得理想的比赛成绩,离不开合理健康的饮食搭配.合理的饮食搭配及营养素配比,不仅能够提高运动员的整体训练效果,而且能够为运动员提供充足的能量,使其迅速恢复体能.因此,本文分析了各类合理的食品搭配对运动员耐力的积极影响,以供参考.
Abstract
Athletes cannot achieve ideal competition results without a reasonable and healthy diet.A reasonable diet and nutrient ratio can not only improve the overall training effect of athletes,but also provide them with sufficient energy to quickly recover their physical fitness.Therefore,this article analyzes the positive effects of various reasonable food combinations on athletes'endurance for reference.
