摘要
适量的食品添加剂可以改善食品的感官品质、延长保质期,但过量的食品添加剂可能引发食品安全问题.因此,规范使用食品添加剂尤为重要.基于此,本文从营养学视角出发,探讨了食品添加剂的使用现状、问题及其对食品安全的影响,旨在确保食品安全,满足人们的营养需求.
Abstract
Moderate food additives can improve the sensory quality of food and extend its shelf life,but excessive food additives may cause food safety issues.Therefore,it is particularly important to use food additives in a standardized manner.Based on this,this article explores the current situation,problems,and impact of food additives on food safety from a nutritional perspective,aiming to ensure food safety and meet people's nutritional needs.
