Abstract
This article explores safety issues and solutions in the food production process from the perspective of food production safety management and risk assessment,and proposes prevention and control strategies and countermeasures for food safety issues,aiming to effectively prevent risks in the food production process,ensure food safety,and safeguard consumer rights.
