摘要
预制菜是一种便捷的食品,其方便快捷、易于储存,越来越受到消费者的欢迎.然而,随着预制菜产业的快速发展,食品安全问题也逐渐显现.因此,本文探讨了预制菜生产过程中的食品安全风险问题,并提出了相关安全控制措施,以期促进预制菜行业的可持续发展.
Abstract
Prefabricated dishes are a convenient food that is increasingly popular among consumers due to their convenience,speed,and ease of storage.However,with the rapid development of the prefabricated dishes industry,food safety issues have gradually emerged.Therefore,this article explores the food safety risks in the production process of prefabricated dishes and proposes relevant safety control measures to promote the sustainable development of the prefabricated dishes industry.
