Abstract
As consumers pay more and more attention to the health industry,the health food market continues to expand.Among them,food testing technology,as a key means of quality control,is increasingly widely used in the field of health food.Therefore,this article analyzes the application of food testing technology in the quality control of health food,and looks forward to future development trends and challenges,aiming to better meet the quality needs of consumers for health food and promote the healthy development of the health food industry.
