Study on Multivariate Analysis and Quantitative Detection of Heavy Metal Pollutants in Food
Heavy metal pollutants in food can originate from the environment, production processes, and food processing, posing a serious threat to food safety. To effectively control these pollutants, advanced multivariate analysis methods such as atomic absorption spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and high-performance liquid chromatography are required. Therefore, this article systematically analyzes the application of multivariate analysis methods and quantitative detection, aiming to help food inspectors choose the most suitable detection method and ensure food safety.
