摘要
目前,我国食品安全检测存在技术落后、监督管理体系不健全、检测效率不高等问题,需要食品安全监督管理部门引进先进的检测技术、提升检测效率,以保证食品安全.基于此,本文分析了食品安全检验检测质量管理的重要意义以及食品安全检验检测的问题,并提出了相应的质量控制对策,以期促进食品安全检验技术的进步.
Abstract
At present,there are problems with outdated technology,incomplete supervision and management system,and low detection efficiency in food safety testing in China.It is necessary for food safety supervision and management departments to introduce advanced detection technologies and improve detection efficiency to ensure food safety.Based on this,this article analyzes the important significance of quality management in food safety inspection and testing,as well as the problems in food safety inspection and proposes corresponding quality control measures,in order to promote the progress of food safety inspection technology.
